eBay announced an upcoming livestream shopping tour slated for this summer, with plans to highlight the platform’s top sellers with live shows from hobby shops and events across the country.

The tour will begin in Cooper City, Florida, at hobby shop AA Mint Cards (also an eBay seller). Johnuel “Boogie” Fland, who recently announced his transfer to play for Florida in lieu of the NBA Draft, will be on hand for the livestream June 14.

“eBay Live is about more than just buying — it’s about bringing people together over shared passions,” said Caroline Pougnier, U.S. general manager of eBay Live, in a statement. “This tour is our way of showing up for the community — meeting collectors where they are and celebrating the hobby together.”

The tour will hit the following stops over the next few months with more to be announced:

  • June 14 – Cooper City, Florida: Hobby Block Party at AA Mint
  • June 27–29 – Tampa: Card Party East
  • July 19 – Los Angeles: Trade Night at Bullpen HQ
  • July 24–27 – San Diego: San Diego Comic-Con
  • Aug. 9 – Los Angeles: Hobby Block Party at Lucky Vault
  • Aug. 19–23 – Oklahoma City: ANA World’s Fair of Money
  • Sept. 27 – Hamilton Square, New Jersey: Trade Night at TNT North Jersey
  • Oct. 9–12 – New York: New York Comic Con
  • Nov. 15 – Las Vegas: Hobby Block Party at Legacy Sports Shop

The live e-comerce wing of the longtime global commerce leader recently expanded internationally at MCM London Comic Con. It first launched in 2022.

Livestream shopping began picking up steam in the past decade in China, led by companies such as Taobao and Douyin, which surged during the pandemic. Pitchbook reported $380 million invested in U.S. livestream e-commerce companies in 2022, a massive leap from the $36 million reported in 2020.
