Hake’s concluded the second half of its auction of the Jeff Jacob Collection, one of the most comprehensive compilations of “Star Wars” toys ever assembled, this past weekend to the tune of $1.2 million.

This total is the second action figure-specific auction to ever cross the million-dollar threshold, behind only part one of the sale, which notched $1.45 million.

Leading the auction from Jacob’s extensive collection of the rarest figures known to the hobby was a 1978 Kenner "Star Wars" Darth Vader 12-Back A Double-Telescoping figure, which set an all-time record for any production action figure at $130,095.

The Boba Fett prototype figure, which sold for $1.34 million last year (a record for any toy), is not considered a production figure.

Graded AFA 80, the DT Vader is one of four carded figures of its type sold by Hake’s and among the five highest graded. The figure is so rare because Kenner only produced three figures with the double-telescoping figure (Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader) before removing the feature due to cost and manufacturing issues.

The record for a production figure was previously held by an AFA 95 12-Back A Darth Vader ($126,884) sold by Goldin in November 2024.

Also sold from the collection was a Jabba the Hutt Action Playset, one of less than 10 graded by AFA, with none higher, which old for a record $38,940.

A rare TIE Fighter vehicle sold for a record $21,240, and a “Special Offer” version of the Action Display Stand went for a record $16,550.
