The strikeout came in Game 4 of the World Series in the top of the first inning. The ball was also pitched by the Dodgers' two-way superstar during a walk of Toronto's Bo Bichette, according to MLB Auctions.

Ohtani’s first career postseason strikeout ball, from the NLDS Game 1, sold in October for $83,010.

The mania surrounding all Ohtani collectibles has been especially pronounced around game-used balls, most notably with the record $4.4 million sale of his 50-50 home run ball from the 2024 season.

A home run ball hit out of the stadium by Ohtani during his historic NLCS performance is expected to fetch seven figures at SCP Auctions later this month.
