Major-leaguers are just like us.

Toronto Blue Jays infielder Ernie Clement revealed the glove he has used throughout the entire postseason was purchased on eBay.

"My other one broke, so I needed one quick that was already broken in," Clement told MLB Network Radio on Friday. "My other ones aren't broken in the way I like."

It might actually be too broken in.

Clement confirmed to ESPN's Tim Kurkjian he has to wear another glove underneath his baseball glove because the eBay-purchased glove is so worn down that the padding is gone.

Nonetheless, it has served him well this season as Clement is a Gold Glove finalist for third base.

While cllct cannot confirm, it's easy to imagine there have not been many eBay-purchased gloves make their way to a World Series Game 7.
