The Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots will be sporting more than just Super Bowl LX patches on their jerseys when they take the field Feb. 8.
Continuing the league's celebration of America's semiquincentennial, the teams will sport a "USA 250" patch on their uniforms for the big game in Santa Clara, California.
The Patriots and Seahawks will each wear a patch commemorating America's 250th celebration at Super Bowl LX.

The first look at the patch was revealed Thursday in a social-media post by former Patriot and current NBC analyst Devin McCourty, who posted a photo of New England rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson in his full Super Bowl uniform.
The NFL announced in late November that it would celebrate the country's 250th anniversary throughout 2026, including the addition of the "USA 250" logo to game footballs in Week 18 and displaying the mark on-field in NFL stadiums across the country.
"The NFL is proud to participate in celebrating America's 250th anniversary," NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement. "The story of the NFL reflects the story of America, and the American spirit of resilience, innovation and teamwork has helped football grow into a cultural pastime that unites us all. We are excited to honor our country's history and celebrate our collective future."
It's not the first time the league has commemorated an American milestone. In 1976, both the Steelers and Cowboys wore patches celebrating the country's bicentennial in Super Bowl X.
For uniform junkies curious about what the Pats and Seahawks will be wearing, McCourty's post confirmed New England will be in its road look with white jerseys and white pants. The Patriots had their choice of jersey and chose their visiting ensemble.
That would put Seattle in its blue home jersey, but we're waiting to see if the Hawks will wear their blue, gray or white pants. The Seahawks have worn a 50th anniversary patch all season long, but that would likely be replaced by the "USA 250" patch for the Super Bowl.
Teams wearing white jerseys are 37-21 all-time in the Super Bowl and have won 16 of the last 20 matchups.
