Eligibility: The cllct Newsletter Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia ("U.S.") who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, and their immediate family members of Memoramedia Inc., d/b/a cllct ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, affiliates, sweepstakes agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited by law.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 18th, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30th, 2024 (the "Promotion Period").

How To Enter: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants must complete the following two tasks:
Each eligible subscriber/follower will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address or other relevant account. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Participants that have previously signed up for newsletter & are following @cllctMedia will be eligible.
- Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be eligible to receive one (1) 1986 Fleer PSA 6 Michael Jordan Rookie of the Year card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,465. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of the prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of comparable or greater value. Any and all prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SPONSOR HAS NOT MADE NOR IS IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE. PRIZE IS AWARDED AS-IS.

Winner Selection: On or about May 1st, 2024, Sponsor will select the name of one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email. Except where prohibited, the potential prize winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of being notified. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, another participant may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

Publicity: Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, and/or prize information in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising or other purposes, in any media now known or hereafter devised, including the internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in a disruptive manner.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

Winners List: For a copy of these Official Rules or for the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to cllct at 1501 Broadway, Suite 3100, New York, NY 10036. Requests must be received by no later than December 1, 2024.
