One of the most coveted “Star Wars” cards in the galaxy has just reached new heights.
A 1977 Topps Star Wars Luke Skywalker PSA 10 sold Friday night at Heritage Auctions for a record $268,400, obliterating the previous high for the card of $78,000 set in November 2023.
Of the 4,683 examples graded by PSA, just nine have earned gem-mint grades. According to Card Ladder, there have been just 11 public sales of the card in PSA 10 condition dating back to 2010.
