In the latest integration between eBay and PSA, collectors will now be able to send newly purchased cards directly to PSA for grading and then to their vault without ever taking delivery.

eBay launched the PSA grading feature earlier this year, which allows collectors to select grading options following purchase. The new feature adds on to that process by having the option to then have that card sent directly to their PSA vault.

Buyers will still have the ability to have the card sent to them if they choose. If the card is sent to their vault following grading, collectors will then be able to view, manage and, if they desire, sell the card on eBay again.

“We’re expanding the seamless experience we’ve built for trading card collectors on eBay, with a true end-to-end process from purchase to authentication to grading, and now, secure storage. Our new 'send to PSA Vault' option, part of eBay’s PSA Grading offering, is yet another way we’re continuing to move the hobby forward, making it easier than ever to build your dream collection,” said Adam Ireland, VP & GM, global collectibles at eBay, in a statement.

“At the center of the PSA and eBay partnership is empowering collectors with choice and convenience. From grading, to selling, to PSA Vault storage, we are simplifying the journey so you can focus purely on the joy of collecting,” PSA president Ryan Hoge added in a statement.

The feature will roll out for individual, raw, non-autographed cards priced above $250 including at least two images in the listing.

In April 2024, eBay acquired Goldin Auctions from PSA-parent company Collectors. Collectors acquired eBay’s trading card vaulting service as part of the deal. PSA is now the largest seller of cards on eBay.
